IS THERE RV PARKING AVAILABLE?
RVs, boats, trailers, and recreation vehicles are not allowed to be parked at a residence unless they are garaged. DCVOA has a designated RV parking lot that is available for rent for homeowners within the Association. There are currently 34 spaces available, although that accounts for some smaller spots, so larger vehicles may not work in all areas. The lot is currently at capacity, and a waitlist is available. The lot rent is $400/year, which is still approximately 50% less than outside lots made available to the public. The RV lot has a six-foot secured fence, motion detection lights, and video surveillance at the gate. If you have need for RV parking, please contact the office to see if spaces are available or to add yourself to the waitlist.

WHAT IS THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE?
The Design Review Committee (DRC) is a volunteer committee appointed by the Board of Directors to help ensure compliance of the Association's Design Review Guidelines (DRG). All new builds and most all exterior property improvements/changes must go through the DRC and comply with the DRG. The DRG is available on this site on the Design Review page. This includes any landscaping, house painting, fencing, patios, etc, and the process can take up to 60 days for approval (but rarely takes that long). Please be sure to plan accordingly in the timing of submitting a request verses starting the project. Projects started without approval may be subject to violation and or fines if not remedied. As a homeowner, you are responsible in making sure that your contractors are fulfilling this requirement if you are not personally filing the request. Questions? Contact a member of the DRC, the BOD, or the DCVOA Manager.

WHAT'S UP WITH DEER CREEK DRIVE AND BIRDIE CIRCLE?
Although Deer Creek Drive and Birdie Circle are in the golf course neighborhood, they are not within the governed Deer Creek Villages Owners Association. It sometimes creates confusion for people new to the area as to why the HOA rules don't apply on those two streets. Those streets are home to the original lots built around the golf course which started out with its own HOA (which is no longer active) prior to the expansion filings of the DCVOA lots around the course.
