The Master Association (DCVOA) current dues are $440/year for an Improved Lot (has a home on it), and $110/year for a Vacant Lot. These can be billed annually or quarterly.

WHAT ARE THE OFFICE HOURS FOR DCVOA?
Physical office hours are Tuesdays 1pm- 5pm, and Wednesdays 9am-1pm. The office is located at 855 SE Stonebridge Dr. The phone, lockbox, and email are monitored outside of office hours. Contact Tracy (Manager) at 970-312-0296.
