CURRENT ISSUE: The BOD is scheduling a work session for March - time and day TBD. One agenda item for this work session is beginning discussions on the current policy for enforcement of covenant violations. In 2022, the BOD voted to change the enforcement of violations from a "Management company policing of the area" to an "Owner complaint based" system. The BOD is looking for feedback from the community about this current structure for covenant violations, including suggestions for developing a better balanced method of enforcement. A survey will soon be emailed to the community for input on this issue.
