CURRENT ISSUE:

Traffic - Please obey all speed limit signs in the neighborhood and watch for people walking. The speed limit varies from 15mph to 25mph. Non-posted areas are a max speed of  25mph.

Because we do not have sidewalks in all areas of the neighborhood, foot traffic in the street is high, and we want to maintain a safe and enjoyable area to walk.
