Further, this list is not an endorsement or recommendation by the Association of any Participating Builder or contractor. The Association makes no claims, promises, guarantees, or warranties regarding any Participating Builder or contractor, and the Association is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Participating Builder or contractor. Each Owner is solely responsible for all due diligence concerning the retention of a Participating Builder or contractor. If an Owner wishes to retain a contractor that is not already a Participating Builder for purposes of the initial improvements to the Owner’s Property, then such Owner shall submit an application for the contractor to the Design Review Committee in accordance with section 8.4 of the Declaration.
