All landscaping plans must be submitted to and approved by the DRC prior to beginning the project, and all guidelines must be followed. (see Design Review page)

Vacant lots must be maintained at a vegetation height of no more than 8" - all noxious weeds must be cut or removed before they mature (seed) - especially foxtail and thistle
​ 

The Design Review Guidelines are available here. These guidelines outline what must be followed to remain in compliance with your covenants for Vacant and Improved lot maintenance
